A new online tool allows the public to track and contribute information on how elected officials and candidates for office voted or stand on issues in science, technology, and health policy.
Scientists and Engineers for America (SEA), a non-partisan, non-profit organization created the Science, Health and Related Policies (SHARP) Network -
SHARP.SEforA.org. All of Arizona's congressional members are profiled, although many topics are yet to have any content.
SEA announced that, "The network will be updated continuously with help from people around the country and the candidates themselves." The web site allows individuals to upload and edit information about offiicials by submitting that officials floor statements, constituent letters, campaign statements, or other work.
This site covers federal elected officials and candidates. A companion page or site is needed to track state officials as well.
