Shuttleworth made Regents Professor at UA



The Arizona Board of Regents today designated William "Jim" Shuttleworth, UA professor of hydrology and water resources, as one of three new Regents' Professors at the University of Arizona, the highest honor awarded by the University to its faculty members.

The UA announced said Jim "is considered one of the world's leading experts in understanding the interaction between the land surface, its vegetation and the atmosphere through the physical process of evapotranspiration"
