Out on the Coconino

My pick of the geoblogosphere today comes from Geotripper for his recasting of the Beach Boys' song "Kokomo" to be an ode to field work on the Coconino Sandstone.

The first refrain goes:

Out on the old plateau
Far away from Modesto
We're camped out on the Navajo
With no place to go
Out on the Coconino
