The Arizona Board of Technical Registration raised fees for geologists (and most other professions) applications and registration effective October 1, 2008. The in-training application fee will go from $30 to $40, and the professional application fee goes from $90 to $100. Renewal fees were set at $195 for a three-year registration.
The one geologist on the Board is Dawn Garcia, with SRK Consulting in Tucson.
