Everyone at the Tucson Gem & Mineral Show last week stopped by the giant gold nugget (51 lbs) from Australia. The theme of Minerals from California brought out a plethora of native gold and tourmalines as well.
I was struck by the massive emerald cluster almost as much as by prominent local geologist Stan Keith and friend. :-)
