The Arizona Hydrological Society's newsletter is always full of great stuff. In the new issue, AHS President Alan Dulaney highly recommends the Arizona Municipal Water Users Association's web page as the best place to track current water legislation.
The site offers a brief description of each bill, live link, their position on them, and the current status.
