Small quakes near Lake Mead continue
There was another small, magnitude 2.0 earthquake along Lake Mead this morning, at 7:24 am local time.
For several months, we've seen similar events in the region, with speculation that these are due to the lake filling with spring runoff coming down the Colorado River. [right, location map from USGS]
