Copper price rising on Chinese demand, Chile strike
The price of copper has been going up daily, reaching $4.41 a lb today. I suspect it's due in part to the news that Chinese demand is projected to rise by year end, and a one-day strike at the world's number one copper producer in Chile, that is raising fears about it spreading.
