Morning jolt
Some folks need their morning joe to get going but if you hang around Lake Mead, it seems like you'd be getting used to a morning jolt.
At 7:22 local time, they had a magnitude 2.1 event (in red at right). On Monday morning, it was a 2.3 quake (in yellow at right).
Both quakes are officially in Nevada but the margin of error in their locations is large enough that they could have been in Arizona. Regardless, they seem to be part of a continuing spate of small earthquakes around this part of the lake. [right, location map from USGS]
