UA will try to contact Phoenix Mars Lander

With spring coming to Mars, the UA Phoenix Mars Lander team will try to re-establish contact with the craft in the next few weeks in hopes of re-activating it.  It went into hibernation in November 2008 as the Martian winter cut the energy reaching its solar panels.    Chances of success are considered a long-shot.
