Asarco - Sterlite deal approved by court
The bankruptcy court is letting
Sterlite Industries
$1.7 billion bid for Asarco to move forward, and put in barriers to competing offers.
According to
Reuters
, Asarco's creditors will vote to accept or reject the Sterlite offer.
