Judge postpones Asarco decision until May 15
Reuters
is reporting that the bankruptcy judge is delaying the decision on the Asarco bankruptcy case until May 15 to give Grupo Mexico time to submit its own plan to creditors in hopes of beating out Sterlite Industries for control of the company.
