Lure of gold brings prospectors to Arizona

Owners of small gold mines and weekend prospectors are buoyed by gold prices over $1100 an ounce and digging away across the state in hopes of hitting it big.  The Economist magazine showcases 80-year old Clay Worst and his Old Wasp mine near Goldfield as emblematic.  They say it is the only operational mine left in this ghost town and tourist site [right.
